Appointments Policy

• We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and stylist.

• Appointments can be made online or by phone.

• A 25% deposit is required to confirm all bookings. This deposit goes toward your final total.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• We understand life happens — if you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit their deposit.

• No-shows will be charged 50% of the total service amount and may be required to prepay future appointments.

Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time.

• Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to avoid overlapping with the next client’s appointment.

• If we can still accommodate your service, it may be shortened to stay on schedule.

Payments

• We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and cash.

• Tips are always appreciated but never expected.

• Prices are subject to change based on hair length, texture, and stylist level.

Satisfaction Policy

• If you’re not completely happy with your service, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.

• Adjustments are complimentary and must be scheduled with the same stylist.

Other Notes

• To keep the salon calm and relaxing, we kindly ask that guests come alone unless accompanying a child or someone requiring assistance.

• We love pets, but please leave them at home unless they are service animals.
